As an experienced UX/UI Designer, you will play a pivotal role in defining and shaping user experiences and creating seamless and visually stunning digital products across all platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, conduct user research, and translate insights into intuitive, engaging, and innovative designs. Your expertise in user-centric design principles and methodologies will drive the creation of seamless experiences that captivate users.

What you will be doing

Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring user needs are at the forefront of all design decisions.
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
Create personas, user flows, wireframes and mockups to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align on project goals and deliverables.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design.

What we are looking for

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
2+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX skills and process.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or equivalent.
Solid understanding of usability principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions to diverse stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces.
